To apply for a Citibank Credit Card, you are required the submit the following documents along with completed and signed application form (available with the bank representative).

- Photocopy of your CPR
- Photocopy of your passport with Residence Permit Page
  (Only for Expatriates)
- Original Pay slip / Salary certificate - if you are salaried
- Photocopy of your CR - if self-employed
- Last 3 months' Bank Statements
