Username
You can use the letters of the alphabet (no accent marks), the numerals 0-9, and these special characters: @ . _
- Username length must be between 8-30 characters.
- Do not write your card number as your Username.
- Your username must not contain spaces.
- Username does not differentiate between capital and small letters.
Password
You can use the letters of the alphabet (no accent marks), the numerals 0-9, and these special characters: - _ * # & ! ? . : / + = % $
- Password length must be between 8-30 characters.
- Do not write more than 3 identical characters consecutively (e.g. password: mypassword777 is bad).
- Password must not be the same as or similar to Username (e.g. if your Username is "test12345", your Password must not be "test123").
- Password must not contain spaces.
Answer to security question
To write the answer to the security question you can use all characters on the keyboard.
- The answer must be between 6-22 characters long.
- Security answer must not be the same as or similar to your Username or Password.
- Security answer must not contain spaces.
- Security answer may contain special characters.
