To help you better manage your money we offer you a special service by connecting your current and savings accounts. Your money can be automatically transferred from your current account to savings account so you can enjoy higher interest rate.

Auto-sweep function enables you to manage your finances in an easier and smarter way. You can set up minimum and maximum balance limits on your current account. If your current account balance is below minimum or above maximum limit we will automatically transfer money to or from your savings account at the end of each day. Auto-sweep function will help you make better use of any extra money you have.

For transfer between your current and savings accounts you can also use Citibank Online or you can visit any of our branches.

Interest is credited monthly, your money is always available and insured according to the Act on Banks 21/1992.

* We would like to inform you that due to the decision of Czech National Bank about decreasing of reference interest rates, there is a change in savings account interest rate effective December 21, 2009. New interest rate on the funds on your savings account is 2,25 % p.a. which is still one of the best rates on the market. The change in interest rate to 2 % p.a. communicated earlier becomes effective March 1, 2010.
