If you would like to become familiar with Citibank’s services, open an account or execute any transaction, you can visit one of our branches, sales centers or kiosks. A wide range of banking services is available at our branches. Available services also include a 24-hour zone with an ATM machine and telephones, with which you can contact the telephone banking department. If you are a CitiGold client, you can also use the services of the CitiGold Wealth Management center. Sales centers provide a wide range of services for our clients. You can finalize contracts, receive information and execute transactions. A 24-hour zone is available (with the exception of the Pardubice branch) with ATM machines and the services of the telephone banking department. Kiosks are a small sales point in places such as shopping malls. In kiosks you can finalize contracts and receive information. It is not possible to perform cash transactions and they do not include a 24-hour zone.
* Cash transactions supported by Teller Cash Recycling Machine for CZK only and are limited by the capacity of a machine. Cash withdrawals are available up to 150 000 CZK while deposits are limited by the current capacity of the machine.
