Direct debit offers a simple and safe way to pay your credit card bill. By automatically withdrawing the right amount from your current account every month, it frees you up from having to remember to do it yourself. It also ensures that the payment reaches us on time even if you travel.

Direct Debit is just a phone call away

If you are a Citibank current account holder, simply contact CitiPhone at +420 233 062 222 and one of our agents will gladly set it up for you.  The call should be made five working days before the due date in order for the request to take effect in the same month.

If you have a current account with other financial institution, all you have to do is to follow these two steps:

Step 1: Give us a call and let us know the bank and account number you would like to transfer the money from.

Step 2: Call or visit a branch of your bank to let them know that a request for funds will be coming from Citibank’s account number 8444444100/ 2600. Please remember to do so at least 7 working days in advance of your due date, in order for it to take the effect in the same month.

In case your financial institution requires a written confirmation for us to withdraw funds from your account, please fill out this simple form and take it to them.
