How Club Rewards Works

One of the many benefits of Club Rewards is how simple Diners Club makes delivering employee perks. Diners Club handles all of the program's administration-including Cardmember enrollment, point tracking, customer service and redemption, and merchandise delivery.

For basic information on how Club Rewards works, explore the links below:
For more detailed information on these and other Club Rewards processes, please contact your Diners Club Representative.

Joining Club Rewards
Once your organization authorizes participation in Club Rewards, Corporate Cardmembers may enroll in several different ways. Explore
Club Rewards Enrollment for details.

After Corporate Cardmembers enroll in Club Rewards, they will receive a letter welcoming them to the program, and a Club Rewards catalog that includes the terms and conditions of membership.

Earning Points
When enrolled Corporate Cardmembers charge their business T&E expenses to the Diners Club Card, they automatically earn Club Rewards points.
  • Corporate Cardmembers will earn two Club Rewards points (one mile) for every eligible dollar they charge to their Diners Club Corporate Cards. Points are not earned on membership and other fees, Club Cash withdrawals, and certain other transactions.
We also offer several other ways to earn points and reach key redemption levels:
Point Balances
Corporate Cardmembers can track the points they've earned through their monthly statements. The statement lists the beginning point balance, all points earned during the billing period, the value of any redemptions, and the ending point balance.
  • Club Rewards points do not expire, and there are no limits to the number of points one can earn, as long as the Corporate Card Account is active and in good standing
  • Unlike other rewards programs, Diners Club does not impose fees or point penalties for charges past due.
  • Credits for reversed charges or returned items on Cardmember statements will reduce a Cardmember's point balance by twice the charge amount. For example, if a $250 airline ticket is purchased, 500 Club Rewards points are earned. If that ticket is returned, the 500 points are deducted from the point balance.
  • When an Account is closed, all Club Rewards points earned by that Account will expire unless transferred to a Diners Club Personal Card Account. Our Representatives at 1-800-2-DINERS can help a Corporate Cardmember apply for a new Personal Card. To transfer points from a Corporate Card to a Personal Card, Cardmembers should call Club Rewards Customer Service at 800-234-4034.
Point Redemption
To redeem points, or for other inquiries, Cardmembers may call Club Rewards Customer Service at 800-234-4034 (M-F, 8 a.m.-10 p.m. EST). Our dedicated professionals are available to take orders for catalog merchandise, consult with Cardmembers about Personalized Rewards, help design Tailored Travel options, or respond to other questions.
Merchandise Delivery
Once items have been ordered from the catalog, they'll be promptly delivered to the Corporate Cardmember with a full satisfaction guarantee
  • No shipping fees are charged, but handling fees will apply. Handling fees may be paid with Club Rewards points, or with a charge to a personal Diners Club Card or Corporate Card:
Shipping Weight Points Charge
0 - 10 lb. 1,000 $7.00
10.01 - 30 lb. 2,000 $12.00
Over 30 lb. 4,000 $24.00
