Two Reporting Options
Diners Club offers two options for your organization to view and interpret your transaction data: Global Vision and MIS Reports.

Global Vision
Global Vision is the most effective transaction reporting tool available for an effective travel management program. It harnesses the power of your transaction data, with a user-friendly, Windows-based software package that offers virtually limitless flexibility in reporting, data management and presentation.

With Global Vision you can generate accurate and impactful reports and graphs - standard or customized - at your own desktop. You can analyze spending for specific vendors, geographic areas, periods of time, or other criteria, as well as monitor the activity of specific Cardmembers, travelers or groups, for policy compliance and delinquency risk. Armed with this valuable information tool, you will be able to make informed decisions on travel policy, monitor travel expense trends, forecast budget needs, and attain cost savings from travel suppliers.

MIS Reporting
For companies that prefer less detailed reporting, have fewer than 200 Corporate Cardmembers, or need special insight into Account Delinquency, Diners Club can provide comprehensive MIS Reports, which provide up-to-date information on your organization's transaction patterns and volumes. Most reports allow you to select from a number of sorting options to highlight the transaction information that is most critical to your organization. Your organization can choose from a variety of media to in which to receive these reports, including paper, data tape, diskette, and microfiche. Most reports are available monthly, and annual summary reports are completed at the end of each calendar year.
