Follow 6 easy steps to register for Citibank Alerting Service through Citibank Online

*You must have an active User Name and Password to enroll to Citibank Alerting Service through Citibank Online.

Step 1: Log on to Citibank Online

Step 2: Select the Citibank Alerting Services shortcut

Step 3: To register for Citibank Alerting Service you will have to enter the required details. Alerts will be received through email and SMS.
The option 'Turn Alerting Service off/on' needs to be checked always to receive alerts continuously. To temporarily discontinue receiving Citibank alerts de-select this option.

Once you have entered all required details click on 'Continue'

Step 4: On this page you will be able to choose which alert you would like to receive, whether you would like to receive it by email, SMS or both
You can also choose the frequency you would like to receive that alert.

Once you have selected the types of alerts you would like to receive click on 'Continue'

Step 5: When you have completed your selection click on ‘done’, if you would like to make changes to click on back.

Step 6: You will then see a summary of the information you have entered and the type of alerts you are now enrolled in. Review the information,
if all is correct click on ‘Done’. If you need to make any changes, click on ‘Start Over’.

At anytime you can login to Citibank Online and change the information that you have provided for Citibank Alerting Services.
