Thanks to the innovative Alerts service, you can now receive instant information about your Diners card.

More specifically, upon registration for Citibank Alerts Service, you receive SMS* sent to your mobile phone and/or e-mail* to your e-mail address, every time:

• You make a purchase/transaction with your card
• Your card statement is issued notifying you of the minimum payment due
• The due date is approaching
• You are close to reaching your credit limit
• Your credit limit is increased
• There is an unauthorized use of your card.

So, in conjunction with the Fraud Early Warning System that is already available, the cases of unauthorized use of your card are limited, so that you may feel even safer.

In order to register, you are required to give your card number, your mobile phone number and optionally your e-mail address.

*For security reasons, only the last four digits of your card number will appear on the SMS or e-mail you receive. The subscription for this service is €1.00 per month per card, except for Diners Club Prestige cards for which the service is free.
