In light of regulatory requirements as explained in the Central Bank of UAE Notice reference no. 265/2018 and given that your Emirates ID on file has expired, we require a copy of your valid Emirates ID in order to continue to serve you.

Send us a copy of both sides of your Emirates ID. Please ensure that it is valid.

Email this to idupdate@citi.com immediately and be sure to use your email address registered with us.
mobile You will receive an SMS confirmation after your EID has been updated.
calendar If we don't hear from you by Feb 28, 2019, we may restrict our services as prescribed in the above mentioned notice.
laptop For any assistance please login to www.citibank.ae and send us a note through the "Write to us" option under 'Service Center'.
