This offers personalized relationship-based service model for you. Our colleague(s) in the CitiService team are Arabic & English-speaking dedicated Service officers assigned to you, acting as single point of contact for day-to-day inquiries.

  • The Client Service Officer (CSO) is a designated and qualified individual, servicing all of your day-to-day transaction banking services
  • A true business partner who not only understands your daily challenges through years of collective experiences but also proactively drives efficiency
  • The Client Service Officer shall be partnering with you to drive reduction in service enquiries through operational efficiencies, enhance your staff utilization, balance sheet efficiency through a reduction in reconciliation / dispute handling, and risk mitigation through process and functional enhancement
  • You will also get the detail visibility across key metrics including enquiry and transactional volume trends, enabling the consultative development specific process improvement initiatives

CitiService working hours: 09:00am - 05:00pm (Cairo Local Time) from Sunday through Thursday
