CFTC Regulation 23.105(i) requires each Swap Dealer, including Citigroup Energy Inc. (CEI) to make publicly available the below financial information on the CEI’s website effective October 31, 2021. The regulation requires the applicable financial information to be made publicly available for the most current 12-month period.
