Frequently Asked Questions
We tried to make our service as user-friendly as possible. But still, sometimes different difficult situations arise. In this section you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions. We hope you find the information below useful!
- The login screen will be the first screen to appear upon opening the app.
- On the login page, enter the same User ID, password, and answer to the challenge question that you use for the CitiManager web tool.
- The CitiManager App login screen will automatically default to the language on your device if that language is supported by the CitiManager tool. If not, English will be the default language.
- To change the language, click on the menu on the right hand side.
- Select the "Change Language" option.
- Confirm that this is the correct language and the selected language will now show.
- To send yourself a reminder of your username, go to the login screen and select the "Forgot Username?" option.
- Enter the name on your card and your 16 digit account number.
- After successfully entering your name and account number and selecting submit, a reminder of your username will be sent to your registered email address.
- Select "OK" to login to the CitiManager App.
- To reset your password, go to the login screen and select the "Forgot Password" button.
- Enter your User Name and the last 6 digits of your Account Number. Then follow the prompts to reset your password.
- Password requirements vary by organization. In most cases your password should have at least 6 characters, at least one letter, at least one number and cannot be the same as your username.
- If you do not know your Account Number or Username, please contact Citi® Customer Service.
