To use Apple Pay, you need to have a compatible iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, or Mac running on the latest software.

Setting it up is simple, all you need to do is add your card on your compatible device and you are good to go.

Through CitiManager^® App

• Open the CitiManager Mobile App, login using your credentials and complete the authentication process.
• Click on the “Add Your Card to Apple Pay” button.
• You will be directed to the Apple Pay App.
• Accept the Terms and Conditions.
• Your card is ready to use.

iPhone

• Open Apple Wallet on your compatible iPhone.
• Hit the plus (+) button in the upper right corner.
• Scan your card or enter your card details manually.
• Accept the Terms and Conditions.
• Your card is ready to use.

Apple Watch

• Select the Watch icon on your paired iPhone.
• Scroll to Wallet & Apple Pay then tap on “Add Credit or Debit Card”.
• Follow the instructions on screen.
• Your card is ready to use.

iPad

• Go to Settings.
• Scroll to Wallet & Apple Pay then select “Add Credit or Debit Card”.
• Enter your card details and follow the instructions on screen.
• Your card is ready to use.

Mac

• Open System Preferences/System Settings.
• Select Wallet & Apple Pay then tap on ‘+’ at the top of the screen.
• Scan your card or enter your card details manually.
• Follow the instructions on screen.

Paying with your iPhone

Paying with your iPhone is fast and simple.

• If you're using an iPhone enabled with Face ID, double-click the side button, authenticate with Face ID or your passcode, then hold your device near the reader.
• If you are using an iPhone enabled with Touch ID, double click on the Home button, authenticate with Touch ID or your passcode, then hold your device near the reader.

Paying with your Apple Watch

With Apple Watch, just double-click the side button, then hold your device near the reader.

Paying in-apps and on online

When purchasing online or in-app with your iPhone and iPad, select at checkout, confirm your billing and shipping information, then authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.

When purchasing online on your Mac in Safari, select and complete the payment on your iPhone or Apple Watch or, if your Mac has Touch ID, select at checkout and complete the payment with Touch ID.

If your Apple device is lost or stolen, you can either:

• Use the “Find My iPhone” feature to set your device in lost mode or to fully erase your details.

With Express Travel Card as an Apple Pay feature, you will not need to authenticate each transaction with your Face ID, Touch ID or passcode for iPhone payments nor double click the side button of your Apple Watch when using your Apple Watch for payment.

All you need to do is enable Express Travel on your card then you will be set! Then tap the Tfl yellow reader with your iPhone or Apple Watch and you will be ready to go.
