To setup Google Pay, you need to first:

  • Open the CitiManager Mobile App, login using your credentials and complete the authentication process
  • Click on “Add Your Card to Google Pay” button
  • You will be directed to the Google Pay App
  • Accept the terms and conditions
  • Your card is now ready to use

Through Your Device

Android Phones

  • Open the Google Pay app and login using your Google account credentials
  • Take a picture of your card or enter the card details manually
  • Select your choice of authentication and follow the steps on screen
  • Accept the terms and conditions

  • Your physical card number is kept private and is never stored in Google Pay nor shared with merchants. Transactions are processed using tokenization technology, which replaces your card information with a unique digital token to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Every Google Pay transaction is authenticated by Touch ID, Passcode or Strong Customer Authentication, if it is online.
  • Stay updated through real-time purchase notifications and view your transactions through Google Pay (last 10 transactions) or via the CitiManager Mobile App
  • Continued peace of mind with our sophisticated fraud monitoring

If your phone is lost or stolen, you can either:

  • Use the Google “Find My Device” feature to remotely lock your device, log out of your Google account or erase your device. This will prevent unauthorized access to your card information and personal data.

or

  • Immediately contact us on the number on the back of your Citi Commercial Card (or click here for our contact center numbers) to report loss / theft of your device to prevent unauthorized use.
