New CitiManager - Coming Soon
In the coming months, Citi will launch exciting updates of our CitiManager® platform for Commercial Card program administrators and cardholders. The redesigned home page will give CitiManager a whole new look and feel that will make it easier to use and navigate. In addition, a variety of new features will make managing cardholders and their accounts much easier. Citi will be communicating these enhancements to program administrators and cardholders prior to and after the launch, and will also be updating existing training materials to reflect the new design.
By this May, Cardholders will be able to:
- Check their credit limit from the home page;
- View their total remaining credit so they can request an adjustment if needed; and
- See when their next payment is due, and how much is owed.
In September, a second update for Program administrators will allow them to easily:
- View a snapshot of their completed applications;
- Track how many cardholders have opted to receive electronic (paperless) statements;
- Monitor and take action on delinquent accounts; and
- Perform multiple tasks on an individual account in one search.

CitiManager will also be available on mobile, tablet and desktop for those agencies allowing it’s use. Busy program administrators and on-the-go cardholders will be able to manage their accounts anytime, anywhere!
