Why You Have the Citi Corporate Card
All eligible and approved company spend should be charged to the Citi Commercial Card. Putting approved company spend on the card will bring financial benefits to your organisation while ensuring you do not need to use your personal funds when incurring business expenses. You are the only person authorised to use the card and you must not use the card to purchase goods or services or obtain cash advances for personal, family, or household purposes. Your card is subject to a spending limit which has been set by your company and is shown on your billing statements. Citi will notify you of your initial spending limit (and of any subsequent changes to it) on your billing statement. Your company may also have granted you cash access in which case the cash withdrawal limit has been set by your company and Citi.
Your right to use your card and account can be cancelled if requested by your company or in the event that the agreement between Citibank and your company ends.
Where applicable, cardholders can withdraw cash through a global network of 2.1 million ATMs. Citi will charge a fee for each cash advance transaction conducted at an ATM or at any establishment authorised to make over the counter cash advances.
There are also a host of security, travel and online benefits that make using the Citi Commercial Card the most effective product for your local and global business expenses.
Before you can use your card, please sign the back of your Chip and PIN card. Then login to www.citimanager.com/login to activate it and follow the on screen instructions. If this feature has not been enabled for your company then you can also activate your card using the number shown on the back of your card.
If this is a renewal or replacement card, please destroy your old card by cutting it into two.

Using Your Card
When making a purchase and your card is inserted into a secure Chip and PIN terminal at the Point of Sale, and the total amount of your purchase is displayed on the keypad screen, enter your PIN on the keypad, making sure no one else can see what you are keying in — just as you would at an ATM. Take your receipt as usual, and check it against your statement later.
Useful Chip and PIN Information
You may have set your PIN as part of your card application in CitiManager. If you did, then as soon as you activate your card it is ready for use.
To view your PIN please login to www.citimanager.com/login, select the "View PIN" option and then follow the on screen instructions. Please note only you will be able to view your PIN, this information will not be available to your Company's Programme Administrator or Citi staff.
If you did not set a PIN during the card application process and you do not receive your new PIN in the post within 5 days of receiving your card, then please contact Citi Customer Services.
If you forget your PIN, please login to www.citimanager.com/login and select the "View PIN" tab.
Alternatively please contact Citi Customer Services. The PIN can then be reissued.
You should never disclose your PIN to anyone and never provide your PIN verbally or in writing. When keying in your PIN, you will have a maximum of 3 attempts to key it correctly. If you key in your PIN incorrectly 3 times, your card will be deactivated for security reasons. Should this occur, please contact Citi Customer Services.
Retailers who have not upgraded to this new PIN technology will continue to request your signature to identify you as the cardholder. Therefore it is important that you sign the back of your card as soon as you receive it.
Which Currency Should I Pay in When Abroad?
When abroad, you may be given the option to pay in the currency of your card (home currency) or the currency of the country you have travelled to (foreign currency). It is typically better to pick foreign currency.
Security
You must take care to prevent your card and security information from being lost, stolen, or misused. You must not disclose your card, account number, or security information to any third party except when necessary in connection with a charge or when reporting any suspected or actual loss, theft or misuse of the card, or security information. Citi will never contact you to ask you to disclose your security information.
You must notify Citi immediately by telephone using the number shown here, if the card is lost, stolen, damaged, or if the card, or any security information is liable to misuse. In the event of any such loss, theft or misuse being suspected, Citibank may provide third parties with any information it considers relevant. Once you have notified Citi of the loss, theft, or misuse, your company's liability for charges made using the card will cease unless you have acted fraudulently.
Card Billing and Statements
Citi will on a regular (at least monthly) basis prepare and make available billing statements that show all charges incurred, applicable fees, and other amounts charged to your account in the relevant period and specifies the due date for payment. These statements can be accessed on CitiManager. You will receive an email alert every time a new statement is posted on CitiManager. Contact your Programme Administrator if you do not have the facility to view your billing statements online and store the statement information.
You must check your billing statements for accuracy and notify Citi immediately of any errors or queries. If you do not do so within 60 days of the date of your billing statement, Citi will assume that the information contained in your billing statement is accurate.
If there is a dispute between Citi and your company regarding an unauthorized transaction, Citi may apply a temporary credit to your account until such time as any dispute is settled. Where Citi agrees an unauthorised transaction has been made, the credit will remain on the account.
You should make every effort to ensure that your expenses are submitted in sufficient time to ensure payment reaches Citi before the due date provided in your statement. If a billing statement is not settled promptly, a late fee will be applied.
If you have set up a recurring transaction charging your card periodically that needs to be cancelled, you must notify the relevant establishment or merchant with whom the transaction has been set up.
