Most documents can be sent via encrypted email for US, Canada and select EMEA countries to a designated mailbox for Account Opening and Maintenance.
eSubmit is Citi's ability to process client requests based on scanned images of completed account opening and maintenance documents.
The information within the documents will be securely delivered using an enterprise wide process to secure email between the Citi and the client.
Use eSubmit for accounts in these countries:
* Certain agreements and documents must be submitted as originals on paper per local regulatory requirements.
