Revenue Sharing

The Bank and its affiliates have agreed to share revenue in connection with holding Accounts and providing Services ("Services") based on the respective contributions of the Bank's affiliates. Each affiliate provides Services on its own behalf. Accordingly, a portion of the revenue received by the Bank may be allocable to such affiliate(s) when received by the Bank on behalf of such affiliate(s).
