Citi Documentation

Citi documents are made up of Global Documents and Country-Specific Documents. In addition, further documentation may be required to implement specific products and services offered by Citi. Such documentation may be global, regional or local and will be provided at the time the service is requested.

Global Documents

MAST is the global foundation of the relationship which contains the terms and conditions governing accounts and cash management services. English

CDPC is the global document detailing rights and commitments in respect of data privacy. English

A high-level summary of the key changes made to the MAST and CDPC, which are valid in all TTS markets and applicable to both Accounts and Services. English

Security Procedures captures both the Customer and Citi responsibilities concerning authentication across communication channels. English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Portuguese, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Korean

Single form to request account opening, provide account set-up information, and accept the terms and conditions in the MAST, CDPC, Security Procedures and Country Addendum where applicable. The UOF replaces the Account Opening Form (AOF), Global Manual Transaction Authorization (GMTA), Signature Card, Universal Access Authority (UAA), Incremental Account Opening Form and the User Nomination Form (instead of GMTA/Signature Card) for 12 countries in Asia.

Channels Onboarding Form is used to establish access to all channels including CitiDirect BE, CitiConnect, and others as applicable per country.


Country-Specific Documents

The Country Addendum sets forth local commercial and regulatory terms that supplement and/or amend the MAST, CDPC, and Security Procedures.

Where required, Local Declarations represent prescribed regulatory disclosures that Citi must provide and/or regulatory-driven statements to which clients must attest to open Accounts, and utilize Services.

Indonesia, Morocco, Ecuador and Colombia require the Bank to include regulatory defined set of Checking and/or Savings (if applicable) Agreements, that need to be acknowledged by the Customer.
