The UOF replaces the Account Opening Form (AOF), Global Manual Transaction Authorization (GMTA), Signature Card, Universal Access Authority (UAA), Incremental Account Opening Form and the User Nomination Form (instead of GMTA/Signature Card) for 12 countries in Asia.
Channels Onboarding Form is used to establish access to all channels including CitiDirect BE, CitiConnect, and others as applicable per country.
The Country Addendum sets forth local commercial and regulatory terms that supplement and/or amend the MAST, CDPC, and Security Procedures.
Where required, Local Declarations represent prescribed regulatory disclosures that Citi must provide and/or regulatory-driven statements to which clients must attest to open Accounts, and utilize Services.
Indonesia, Morocco, Ecuador and Colombia require the Bank to include regulatory defined set of Checking and/or Savings (if applicable) Agreements, that need to be acknowledged by the Customer.
