Account Upgrade and Account Reinstatement in CCMS

With the November CitiDirect® Card Management System (CCMS) 15.3 release, two new features are available for Agency Program Coordinators (APCs) – Account Upgrade and Account Reinstatement requests.

Account Upgrade

APCs are now able to request account upgrades for restricted accounts via the CCMS Modify Account Screen. See below overview of the workflow in CCMS. Account Reinstatement
