Real Time Card Maintenance Functionality in CitiManager®
The CitiManager® account management module, CCMS, offers Agency Program Coordinators (APCs) real-time functionality to request changes to card account credit limits, including temporary credit limits and temporary single purchase limits. APCs may also change card account status in real-time which allows immediate account activation, deactivation, or closure. APCs have the option of using CCMS to change Merchant Category Code Groups and to initiate disputes in the CitiManager tool as well. In addition, a new feature has been added this year to allow cardholders to initiate disputes in the CitiManager tool.
