New CitiManager^®

We are excited to announce that on July 14th, 2017, Citi deployed our new and enhanced redesign of CitiManager^® for your cardholders. The redesigned CitiManager gives a brand new look and feel and makes it much easier for your cardholders to view their card account details and to navigate throughout the tool. From the homepage cardholders can check their credit limit, view their total remaining credit, see when their next payment is due, and what the balance on the account is all in a dashboard-centric view. In an effort to save time and clicks through the system, their recent transactions are also viewable from the homepage. During Q4 FY17, the CitiManager redesign will be made available on mobile, tablet, and desktop versions for the cardholder on the go.

Prior to the redesign going live, communications were issued to APCs to inform them of the coming changes and to prevent any confusion. Cardholders received a communication in conjunction with the release of the enhanced screens. Citi will be updating existing training materials to reflect the new redesign. The redesign is targeted to be rolled out for APC functionality in Q2 FY18. Please contact Citi should you have any questions.
