2016 SmartPay2 Training Forum
Citi® was honored to join its clients in Washington, D.C. for the 2016 GSA SmartPay Training Forum. During the course of the forum, Citi facilitated over thirty unique courses (many were offered multiple times over the course of three days), in both hands-on and lecture-style formats. In addition, Citi hosted 11 client-specific training sessions and provided personalized support service to hundreds of GSA Agency/Organization Program Coordinators (“A/OPCs") that visited the computer lab.
Citi proudly provided Continuous Learning Point credits for the majority of its training sessions and greatly appreciate all of the feedback that was collected during and after the forum.
“The GSA SmartPay Training Forum is one of the best training opportunities for A/OPCs. Citibank has wonderful classes ranging from the EAS to fraud. I use this opportunity to not only enhance my knowledge as an A/OPC, but to meet our contacts at Citibank. Putting a face to a name is always a great thing!”

"The GSA SmartPay Forum was a great opportunity to bring our card managers together for the first time since 2012. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive; interaction with our card managers clearly indicated there was a huge pent up demand for training. Our card managers indicated the Forum focused on topics that enhanced their knowledge of the SmartPay program and will benefit them in managing their own programs. Citi and VISA participation was key in helping our card managers understand the critical roles both play in the SmartPay program."
