Web-Based Citi Training Series

We are excited to announce that we are continuing the Citi Training Series, specifically designed for GSA SmartPay Agency/Organization Program Coordinators (A/OPCs). This training series is designed to keep you up-to-date on our tools and capabilities related to the GSA SmartPay2 Program. Whether you are a new or seasoned A/OPC, there is something for everyone! Courses are delivered in 60 minutes sessions.

For the upcoming, Q2 2017 schedule, click here. For instructions on how to register, simply follow the below instructions.

  1. Log into CitiManager® at www.citimanager.com/login
  2. Navigate to the Citi Commercial Card Learning and System Support (CLASS) module under the Web Tools tab.
  3. Under the GSA and Public Sector link click on GSA and Public Sector Instructor Led Webinars
  4. Click on the desired class (listed under ‘Activity Name’ ); Click Register
  5. Select the radio button for the class and click submit
  6. Click Done
  7. On the Day of the webinar, log back into CLASS. You will see the link to access the webinar under your To Do box. Click the link and then click Start
