Statements can be printed or downloaded via CitiManager. Once logged in to the CitiManager tool there are two options:
In North America, you can view online payments under Payments History. In order to view Account Payment History, you will need to view each individual statement.
You can access your Citi Corporate Card statement online and perform a number of transactions such as paying off your balance through our Cardholder online tool, CitiManager. You can also access your Corporate Card statement through CitiManager Mobile. To access these tools, please click on the links below:

For cardholders, your passwords are valid for 100 days.
For Agency Program Coordinators, passwords are valid for 90 days.
Password expiration notifications begin 15 days before the expiration date.

CitiManager Mobile is for Cardholders Only.
To use CitiManager Mobile, you must register on the CitiManager website from your desktop computer first. To do this, go to the CitiManager Log in screen. Click on "Self registration for Cardholders" and follow the prompts. You will receive two emails, one with a User ID and a separate one with a passcode.
Once you are registered with CitiManager, you can access CitiManager Mobile with your CitiManager ID.

You can not link your Citi Personal Credit Card to your Corporate Card Account.

You must enter five zeros for a Canadian address.

To set up Text Message and Email Alerts, log into CitiManager and click on "Manage Alerts" under the Quick Links section on your Homepage.
For Administrators:
To set up Text Message and Email Alerts, log into CitiManager and click on "Manage Alerts" under the My Profile section.
The most effective way to obtain statement and payment information relating to your Citi Corporate Card is via our online cardholder tool, CitiManager. You can also view statement information "on the go" via CitiManager Mobile. CitiManager also enables you to set up alerts to inform you when a card transaction takes place or when your statement is ready to view. You can also set up custom reports tailored to your organization's specific requirements. Select "Forgot Username?" or "Forgot password?", then follow the prompts.
The system will email a temporary username or password as long as your current email address is on file (there must be an email address in your cardholder profile).

Depending on your country, Email and Text Message Alerts can be set up for Account Cancellation, Available Credit Remaining, Card Delivery, High Value Transactions, Lost or Stolen Cards, Applications Status, Statements Available, Payments Due / Recieved, Fraud Notifications and more.
You will get an error message if the User Name/ID you have entered during registration has already been taken.
You must select another User Name/ID.
