Citi® Service Insights helps to provide transparency into inquiry-related statuses and improves communications with the Citi Service team with a convenient, centralized self-service tool. Using the interactive dashboard, clients can create new service requests, track open requests, update, close and reopen inquiries, as well as contact Citi Service with a click of a button. This tool also enables clients to upload documents as needed for inquiries, and to track service requests with an audit trail, highlighting the time and context of any previous communications.

Citi® Service Insights seamlessly integrates with Citi® Payment Insights, allowing clients to view requests pending authorization, delivering greater efficiency to the payment process.
