Citi Service Center Poland was launched in Poland in 2005 as a part of an initiative to establish a network of service centers providing shared services to other entities operating within the Citigroup around the world.
Citi Service Center Poland does not provide banking services to retail or corporate Clients, it deals with the processes of Citigroup branches from other countries. Currently we provide services to over 90 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, both Americas and Australia. Thus we’re creating a unique opportunity to work in an international environment, with our employees using 29 languages every day.
Legal entity for Citi Service Center Poland is Citibank Europe PLC. We employ over 4000 highly qualified staff in three locations: Warsaw and Olsztyn. As a service center we focus not only on banking, but also on analytics and technology.
