Give us your full name, your card number, your mobile phone number, and the IBAN of your Alpha Bank account and that's all!
Instructions for Payment
Each month, on the day your card statement is issued, you receive an SMS on your mobile phone, informing you of the outstanding balance, the minimum payment, and the date when payment is due.
In order to pay your card, you may send an SMS to 19129*, texting one of the instructions below:
E<SPACE><last 4 digits of your card number>, for Minimum payment.
E.g. E 1234 (1234 represent the last 4 digits of your card number).
O<SPACE><last 4 digits of your card number>, for Full payment of the new outstanding balance. E.g. O 1234 (1234 represent the last 4 digits of your card number).
A<SPACE><100><SPACE><last 4 digits of your card number>, for Other whole amount payment. E.g. for the payment of €100, you send: A 100 1234 (1234 represent the last 4 digits of your card number).

And don't worry! You don't need to memorize the above instructions. These are included in the same SMS we send to you with the details of your card statement.
*Cost of SMS to 19129: €0.09 + VAT. In case you need to cancel the payment, you may send an SMS on the same day, texting N<SPACE><last 4 digits of your card number>.
