Conference Project Engineering, organized by "PMArt" Project Management Academic Club.

On May 27th, 2013 at the Faculty of Mathematics and IT Science of the Warsaw University of Technology there will be held a conference called Project Engineering, organized by "PMArt" Project Management Academic Club.

At 3:20 pm we would like to invite you to a workshop conducted by Mariusz Chudy from Citi Service Center titled "Agile vs. Waterfall - i.e. is it possible to combine fire and water? How agile project management can help to deliver international IT projects?". The subject of the workshop will be the use of agile project management methodologies in international IT projects. The first part of the workshop will be devoted to the most important theoretical concepts from the area of project management according to PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge, PMI) and agile project management according to the SCRUM methodology. Then, there will be provided some examples of the use of agile methodologies in large IT project carried out in Citi's EMEA Region. During the workshop students will be asked to do some exercises that will help them better understand the subject.
