Loans Department

Poland Loan Operations are a part of the  Securities & Banking organization within Citibank International, PLC. Loan Operations are responsible for administering the Corporate Lending portfolio for London and Western European branches consisting of a combined facility portfolio. The department is also responsible for Facility Agent Transaction Services providing loan administration services for syndicated facilities.

  • Processing the utilisation requests, check validity and that they are in accordance with loan documentation
  • Notify lenders of drawings
  • Fix interest rates and Mandatory Costs and notification of interest rates for Interest Periods
  • Pay drawdown proceeds as per Borrower’s instructions
  • Administer Interest Periods
  • Contact borrowers for loans renewal details
  • Fix FX rates for multicurrency facilities
  • Calculate and invoice Borrower for commitment, utilisation, non-utilisation and other fees
  • Process Transfer Certificates to transfer Lenders' commitments, and register transfers
  • Request for new base number for new Lenders and Borrowers
  • Request for set up the new Standard Settlement Instructions
  • Preparation of the  balance confirmations
