Absolvent Talent Days on National Stadium

Are job fairs still popular among students?  Absolvent Talent Days organized on National Stadium showed that they are. The biggest job fairs were held on the 11th of March and Citi Service Center Poland was one of 81 exhibitors. Without any doubt we can call this were the biggest job fairs – 12.000 students attended them! Representatives of Citi were there to inform students about interesting career opportunities that Citi offers – like AML Analyst, Summer Internships or Analyst Programmes. We saw big interest in them and we are awaiting for the flow of applications.

What made this job fairs special were also additional meetings held during the day. First of it was devoted to Anti Money Laundering. Karim Tajder, Head of AML Operations for EMEA held a presentation about career opportunities within AML and Marta Marczak and Michał Sznajder explained how AML work looks like and how they grown in Citi. The presentation was very well received and few of the participants applied for AML Analyst positions.

Another interesting attraction prepared for the job fair were discussion panels with CEO of the biggest companies in Poland. Citi Service Center Poland was represented by Terri Gerosa, who took part in panel “ If I could be 25 again…”. Terri shared her stories about her first job experience and gave advices what to focus on while pursuing career. The whole panel was very interesting and was attended by many students.
