Citi in Poland has recently increased employment in its IT area by recruiting nearly 250 people. This is the result of an increased use of new technologies in the world of finance. Every year, the demand for employees with an IT background increases as they are able to support development of new solutions for Clients as well as internal efforts within the organization. To a large extent, the new people are recruited from among fresh graduates from technical universities, where Citi has been running a training program for two years.
