Banking Academy

The first edition of the program called “Akademia na Bank” (Banking Academy) which was implemented as part of Citi’s collaboration with the University of Warmia and Mazury came to its end on May 8th, 2014.

 The Banking Academy is a series of free workshops to prepare university students for their first job, upon completion of the program, the participants receive a certificate which is a great advantage during the recruitment processes at their future employer’s.
The program is designed to provide the students with essential knowledge on banking and soft skills.29 students were selected to participate in our “Banking Academy” series.

The workshops were held from February to May 2014 with topics ranging from presentation skills, project management and process improvement to the training on recruitment process where students had the opportunity to work in groups and test their skills in real-life business situations.

The next edition of the Banking Academy is set to take place in November 2014.
