AML Development Program

Yesterday, we had a pleasure of launching the AML Development Program - the program targeting final-year students or graduates (within a year from graduation) who have an ambition to become anti money laundering experts and want to groom themselves for taking up management positions in the longer term.

Eleven people were accepted for the second edition of the program: after a five-week practical and theoretical training program, they will complete six rotations within the framework of AML Operations (across different geographic regions, customer types and jurisdictions). What’s more, Program participants will have a chance to take part in additional initiatives improving the functioning of the department.
