In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Financial Services and Financial Companies" Standard Conditions of Agreement on Purchase, Sale, Exchange of Foreign Currency of JSC Citibank is published on this page. The conditions are set out in standard public forms as part of the accession agreement according to Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
This agreement is not a public agreement or public offer within the meaning of Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and can be concluded by JSC Citibank upon its consent and proposal submission.
