Commencing the week of 2nd of September, Citi started a Life Certification Campaign to the Public (former INPDAP) as well as Sport and Entertainment (former ENPALS) pensioners residing overseas as a result of Decree Law no. 201 dated 6th December 2011, then converted with amendments into Law no. 214 on the 27th December 2011, stating that from the 1st January 2012 Inpdap and ENPALS have merged into INPS
Further information on the decree can be located on:

As a result of the merger of INPDAP and ENPALS into INPS, Citi has a contractual obligation with INPS to verify the life existence of all pensioners residing abroad at least once per year.
Life Certificate Packs will not be sent to pensioners of INPDAP and ENPALS who are residing overseas but receiving pension payments in Italy.
Enclosed in the pack, pensioners will receive Life Certificate Form (yellow form) and a comprehensive intro letter with relevant information why they are receiving the communication.
31 December 2013 is the deadline to return their Certificate of Life Forms duly completed, signed, dated and accompanied by Supporting Documentation at the following address: PO Box 4873 Worthing BN99 3GB, United Kingdom.
Failure to return the Life Certificate Form could result in suspension of the pension payments.
A dedicated, multilingual Citi INPS Pensioner Support Team is available to answer all your questions you may have pertaining to the Life Certificate Pack. For any enquiries not related to the Life Certificate Pack such as change of address, change of payment method, change of currency, we kindly ask that the enquirer contacts their INPDAP or ENPALS office directly.
There is no need to go to a Citi branch office. The Citi INPS Pensioner Support Team is available to answer all of your questions, including those pertaining to the required forms.
IVR Solutions will be running also for the former INPDAP and former ENPALS POL Campaign. As with Inps IVR solution, pensioners will be required to enter their Citi 12 digit pensioner ID number.
