Citi Service Center Hungary was established in Budapest in 2005. The Citi Service Center in Hungary is led by dr. Jane Ellis and is an entity of Citibank Europe Plc led by Kevin A. Murray, Chief Country Officer for Hungary.

Citi Service Center is an initiative to establish a network of service centers providing services to other entities operating within the Group of Citi around the world.

Citi Service Center Hungary employs over 1500 highly qualified staff, primarily located in Budapest Arena Corner Office
