Global ID Administration

Citi Shared Services Global ID Administration (CSS GIDA) is a truly global organization, we provide information security administration services to internal and external customers including create/modify/delete user accesses, password resets of Citi's main Platforms, Business Applications and Databases.

CSS GIDA in Budapest has more than 300 colleagues locally spread across Operations (GIDA Ops) and Subject Matter Experts (GIDA SME) functions. All of the teams and the entire local GIDA organization have multiple layers in terms of management and expertize so there is a very good chance of development. Senior Leadership Team along with HR highly supports career advancement as a motivation factor within the GIDA organization itself.
