Citi Technology Infrastructure

Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provide global technology services for Citi's own internal business groups. This includes management of all the Banks internal communications networks, management of more than 350,000 desktops and laptops and nearly 50,000 physical servers that reside in over 20 state of the art Data Centre's that exist around the globe.

The infrastructure we provide support over 70+ million email messages and 12.1 billion banking transactions each month. CTI operates in all of the Countries that Citi has a presence. Within the Budapest Service Centre, we support and manage all of the local desktop, voice and desktop infrastructure.

In addition we have Technology functions that provide, project management, risk management, voice and Security Operations to our customers globally. In total CTI have over 100 staff operating in Budapest.
