The Budapest CRS Utility team is an integral part of the CRS EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) organization. Currently, CRS EMEA manages over 6 million square feet of real estate in 363 properties in approximately 53 countries. Region spans 6 time zones, 25 major languages and 34 currencies. The vision of CRS EMEA is to be the most effective Business partner attracting the best talent to pioneer diverse, flexible, environmentally friendly and cost optimal real estate solutions within the ethos of shared responsibilities.

The Budapest CRS Utility team provides centralized support for CRS EMEA on Risk and Control, Business Evaluation, General Operations, Space Planning  and Design & Construction.
